What is an example of “incomplete knowledge is dangerous”?

A few days ago, a young welding mechanic died while he was testing a single-seater helicopter made by him.

His name is Shekh Ismailb and he was living in Maharastra, India. On the independence day, he was planning to fly the helicopter made by him.

The helicopter was made of scrap Steel and Iron. He used gas welding to make joints. While testing the helicopter in front of his friends, the tail rotor ripped off from the hinge and struck the main rotor.

Before anyone could do something, a broken blade slashed Ismail’s throat leading him to collapse on the ground.

The tail rotor ripped off from the hinge. Of course, gas welding was not enough to hold the stress developed by the rotating blades.

As soon as the tail rotor went off. The torque generated from the main rotor disbalanced the whole helicopter. The tail rotor struck the main rotor simultaneously.

Suddenly the whole helicopter starts rotating. As a result, a broken blade slashed from the main rotor chopped off his throat.

I just wanted to say that, he never completed his schooling even, still many people encouraged him to make a helicopter. The MLA from the region was really excited and they encouraged him to do this impossible task.

His friends said that he was taking suggestions from some of the maintenance workers in the helicopter factory nearby the city.

This is insane. A helicopter is developed by a group of highly qualified individuals at least PhDs. There is a lot of physics involved in the development of aircraft and helicopters. Most of the tasks are virtually impossible without computers.
